The No Gas Fees in Latin America campaign successfully attracted a large number of new users. During the campaign, the number of registrations increased by 12.86%, with more than 35,264 new users. This growth reflects the increasing demand for low-cost stablecoin transactions in Latin America.
Peer-to-peer on-chain transaction volume
In October, peer-to-peer trading volume increased from 6.5 million USDT per month to over 9 million USDT, with a total of 282,458 transactions.
The on-chain transaction volume increased significantly by 40.4%, from 2,647,354 USDT to 3,715,672 USDT. In addition, the number of on-chain transactions surged by 49%, from 9,892 to 14,730.
Number of on-chain transaction users
The number of daily on-chain active users increased by 109%, from 244 to a peak of 470.
Energy consumption and token transfers
Energy consumption peaked at 38.7 million per day, a 131% increase from 16.7 million per day before the event.
During the event, token transfer volume increased by 2.5 times, indicating that the implementation of gas-free transactions effectively increased user activity.
Assets under management (TVL)
The assets under management increased by 45.29%, from 658,000 USDT to 956,000 USDT, indicating that user confidence has increased and the scale of assets retained on the El Dorado platform has expanded.
Finally, the report pointed out that the No Gas Fees in Latin America campaign has initially achieved significant results in expanding the user base, increasing transaction volume, and improving asset retention. El Dorado and TRON will consider extending their strategic cooperation and continue to promote the popularity of the TRON version of USDT in Latin America.
